I have been using my DNA Diet for a month and have lost 12lbs. While I am thrilled with that, my excitement lies more with the diet itself. I suppose because it is based on my DNA I am actually enjoying following the plan and feel fortunate that I will be able to eat this way for the rest of my life. I am greatly looking forward to my results this time next year.
