Bought a bike from Kmart and had some trouble setting it up. I got confused with one of the parts during the installation process to the point where I was going to return the bike for having a faulty part as I could not remove a certain nut. I thought I would go into this local bike shop to see if they could sell me the same part from which I could replace the supposed faulty bit. Dropped in to enquire about a specific bike. He asked some relevant question and had the bike ordered and set up in no time. Fantastic after sales service as well.
The fellas at DNA cycles are absolute legends! They spent time analysing the issue of my wheels and help me find the right part (rear end hub cap) so I could get my bike back on the road! I highly recommend their services!!
