The entire process was so easy, from the quote to setting up the day and time for the move to the execution of the move. The timeline provided was spot on and no issues encountered. The team was gentle with the furniture and very accommodating. I would definitely use them again.
Oh where to start…this was for a move from MA to UT. They brought a truck that was too small and had to set up a second pick up and shipment. Somewhere along the way they messed up the numbering system so they seemed to have completely given up? Nothing was labeled correctly in most of the boxes so we don’t really have a way of inventorying all of our belongings. We informed them we had a 75 inch tv and they did not bring a box big enough. Fast and cheap. Had all my stuff packed in bins already. They broke a ton stuff broke during the move. One of my stairs at my new home that I just closed on got broken. The legs on my coffee table were torn off. The movers asked for a cash tip before tv moving process even started which I thought was outrageous since they broke so much It took them a little under 5 hours to load all of my stuff into the truck, drive to my new house, and unload everything.
