Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful — be careful I’ve worked with this broker on one load and had a very negative experience. Instead of working with us to resolve legitimate operational issues, they frequently blamed carriers for problems outside our control and escalated matters in a hostile way. Worked with Bill and the team for over a good year on loads here and there. These are veterans in the business. They expect you to do your job. They don't harass you for tracking or pictures or Driver license # etc. Freight is always as described and if there are issues they don't spend there energy on blaming you but work towards solutions. Look forward to working with them in the future.

@ Lis O - agree with you a 100% my company did a couple loads for them and these were getting pulled at border as it was a loads of pet food, no waiting time was provided as promised and we advised on the delays and after getting the load delivered we were put on Freight Guard and stuck with it to date. I WISH THERE WAS WAS 0 RATING TO GIVE THEM.
