As a competitive bodybuilder, I’ve gotten countless massages over the years and this was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had! 10/10 experience. James is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. When I first moved to Alexandria in 2022, I tried a few other top rated massage therapists/places before I booked with James. I had a 120 minute sports massage with James yesterday that was incredible. I have been suffering from re-occurring fascia adhesion's that restrict my range of motion in my neck/shoulder region, due to this I went from exercising 7 days a week to 0, now I am on a journey to work my way back up. Amazing experience. I had quite some tightness in my neck and shoulder blades. James got those out and found ones I did t even realize I had. As a PT I appreciate the professionalism and great deep tissue sports massage!
