This was the best, smoothest DMV experience I’ve ever had! The staff was straight to the point, but still friendly. The line was insanely long, but they moved so quickly! Super great experience overall.
Insane wait time, no appointments online for months, and then got (RUDELY) told to go sit in my car or wait outside (IT WAS FREEZING) because there were no seats in the waiting area. When I asked her how I was supposed to know when they call my number if I'm in my car? The employee says to come back inside and check their board "periodically" to see what number they are on. That MIGHT have been helpful IF there was a second board that showed all of the available letters and the sequential associated numbers, not just a board... read more
