Absolutely insane that they make you take a ticket and wait for hours to ask a simple question. I wanted to make sure the waiver I brought was the correct one and was told to sit down and wait my ticket turn. This means I could’ve very much waited two hours for nothing if it was the incorrect one.
Useless people inside and very rude they don’t respect you as a customer. the supervisor got no idea what she is doing I don’t know how she got the job. I think they just hire whatever type of people in there. They got no idea how to manage a queue.
Excellent service! The person on front desk is great.
