We have been very happy with Des Moines University at the RecPlex. My daughter primarily sees Dr. Lauren Mach and we think she is amazing! She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and amazing at what she does. My daughter is an athlete and has had a few injuries over the last few years. Lauren gets to the root of the problem and her treatment plans have been effective in healing, strengthening, and reducing pain. The DMU RecPlex Physical Therapy Department is outstanding! I started therapy pretty much convinced I needed surgery, and thanks to Dr. Lauren Mach, today I was discharged feeling much better. She not only gave me physical therapy exercises, but helped me understand "why" I was doing them and how to do them correctly! Jessica at the front desk was also helpful every time I called or came in for an appointment! Best physical therapy experience I have ever had, (and i've had a lot)! Thank you, Lauren!

Excellent service from Lauren Mach. I was able to get needed exercises to do to help strengthen my hip and relieve my pain. Thank you Lauren for your help.
Dr. Mach is amazing! She is very knowledgable and willing to teach me more on the subjects. She provided a great learning experience as well as treatment.
