I did the work to get a quote, decided it was too high for what I could do on my own, so I didn’t book. Called and Richard came out the next day to look over our items and give us a quote for moving. I needed a move into storage and then a move out of storage. Over the course of the next week, I received 3 different estimates from Richard ranging from $7,400 to $9,600....he continually said that they had new software that was glitching and giving different prices. Lost a number of my items during the move, driver was unable to locate the items when we asked. He reassured us that we can file a claim for missing items in the next 90-days. The company flat out refused to reimburse for items, asking for proof of things which went missing. How do you prove things are missing when they aren't there? Very unprofessional.
