I would give 0 stars if possible! This company made me pay an extra $600 but it had to be cash or they wouldn't take my furniture. When I called to book I over estimated the amount of boxes and furniture and when they came to load up I had less items than quoted for. I was supposed to be given 30 days of free storage and they would not honor that so I had to arrange to have it dropped off at a friends warehouse. I did the work to get a quote, decided it was too high for what I could do on my own, so I didn’t book. I never spoke to a person, never emailed them, and never gave them the impression I was going to book with them. After I didn’t answer any of their MULTIPLE generic marketing emails (none of which I had ever asked for or responded to), they called me four times within roughly 30 minutes with no caller ID.
