Seriously? Why put a lance corporal at the desk that doesn’t know her left from her right? I asked simple questions in relation to my move, and she acted like it was her first day in the military, laughing and making jokes. And the SSGT in the back with her feet kicked up. Are we running a daycare or a Transportation office? I had to do my entire move process through ChatGPT questions because of the incompetence this place has. Base CO needs to get rid of everyone in that office. Send them to the front gate
Terrible... My home goods have been in my state for almost a month and DMO has not answered a single one of my calls. I call them multiple times a week and leave messages in order to get my goods but have not gotten any response. It's starting to get a little ridiculous.
