Canceled my move last minute, proposed a date the next month, month that I'm not supposed to be there anymore. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded as they canceled everything... Now I need to find another company to move this weekend.
Avis négatif sur Déménagement Outaouais Très mauvaise expérience avec Déménagement Outaouais. Les déménageurs étaient beaucoup trop lents et manquaient de proactivité. Pire encore, ils ont causé des dommages à nos biens. Nous avons même dû les aider à protéger et transporter certains meubles nous-mêmes, ce qui est inacceptable pour une entreprise censée offrir un service professionnel. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette compagnie.
Après être allé chercher les électros qui s'en venait chez moi, ils ont fait un détour pour aller chercher du jus et ça pris 30 minutes. Par la suite, ils ont traîné le frigo dans les escaliers sans utiliser de straps et on fait des coches sur chaque marche. Le frigo était aussi bossé. Ne recommande pas.
So thankful for the service we received. The movers were hard-working and knowledgeable. They fixed many mistakes that the people who packed up my stuff had made. I am super happy with the job they did and hope to use their services again in the future!
