So I purchased a Home Styles Chesapeake king size bed (Home Styles being a brand/subsidiary of DMI Furniture) that shipped with the foot board left post missing its inset screws. Normally, this wouldn't have been an issue but with it being 3 days before Christmas and with family arriving in from out of town, we needed this fixed ASAP. The company was willing to 2 day air ship us the part after I complained and got a manager, which didn't help my present circumstance of guests arriving the next day.
