I had purchased some DMF bait from Rural King and unfortunately in one of the four boxes of bait I bought the worms were mostly dead. I contacted the company and they made good on the purchase they sent me five to replace the one that I had lost. Excellent customer service they will have my business from now on.
Placed order, received worms, stickers, decals, and our yard signs for the bait shop on time as promised. Only been a wholesale customer for one month but everything has been perfect to this point with communication, delivery, and all products exceeding all expectations.
