Bar none the worst bank I have ever experienced. Do not bank here. My eyes have been opened switching banks. This bank screwed me in every way possible due to a mistake ON THEIR END. Awful customer service, awful. Outdated app, outdated cards. McDonald’s will handle your Monday better. You have been warned! Over 10 years of banking, WASTED.
Nice people and quickly
The employees are fine but the bank is out of date, no tap to pay, not compatible with a lot of services like plaid, and the app is pretty bad.
I have literally been coming to this bank and turning my change in since I was a kid I’m 39 years old. This old lady just had a tantrum threw her hand on the table said it’s 10%. Do you want to do it or not rudest lady I’ve ever been involved with.at a bank place is a joke at least she is rude very rude. and no one has ever charged me nothing in 20 years coming here. now she has Been gone 15 minutes I still haven’t got my money from my change
