My younger brother went to therapy here for an ACL tear and meniscus tear. He completed 20 visits, and the therapist was really good. He was improving very well, and his orthopedic doctor recommended additional therapy because of the severity of his injury. We were told insurance would not cover more visits and that DM Care would submit a prior authorization. We waited 2 weeks with no update, called, and were told they were still waiting to hear back.
