Today I was behind one of your garbage semi trucks going south on 55 to the landfill. And I hope the state police starts ticketing truck drivers coming through there that have damaged tarps and are allowing garbage to fly out all over the expressway. The amount of garbage on the sides of the highway All the way from Chicago to the South landfill in Elwood is disgusting.
