Do not recommend. Incredibly scammy. The only auto payments you can set up are for exactly what is owed, not over. If you make a one time payment to over pay, then it only deducts from your next payment. Meaning, without significant effort, they ensure they get all of their interest and make it as difficult as possible for you to pay off early. I have excellent credit and bought a golf cart from dealer who uses DLL Finance. I called DLL early andtold them I had not recieved payment book and wanted one. They informed me they don't do that. I was billed each month and tried to pay extra money to reduce intrest and even left notes for them along with payments. They just lowered my next payment amount. They informed me I had to call them each month and verbally tell them to put extra money towards the principle. I also started recieving monthly bill which is due on 15t... read more

0/5 — Worst finance company I’ve ever dealt with DLL Financial has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They take forever to answer the phone, and when someone finally picks up, the people are extremely unprofessional and barely helpful. You never know your remaining balance unless you call, and even then it takes forever just to get a simple answer about how many payments you have left. I'm a volunteer of a dog rescue group, and just took a group of puppies to dll. I was extremely impressed by the facility, the employees, and the community involvement. They have a coordinator to schedule events for the employees, which includes habitat for humanity work, as well as other excursions, and having a group like ours into the building for employees to be able to have a break in pet some puppies. It is unusual to see a company take the time and care to keep its employees happy. I was extremely impressed.
