They take forever to answer the phone, and when someone finally picks up, the people are extremely unprofessional and barely helpful. You never know your remaining balance unless you call, and even then it takes forever just to get a simple answer about how many payments you have left. I'm a volunteer of a dog rescue group, and just took a group of puppies to dll. I was extremely impressed by the facility, the employees, and the community involvement. They have a coordinator to schedule events for the employees, which includes habitat for humanity work, as well as other excursions, and having a group like ours into the building for employees to be able to have a break in pet some puppies. It is unusual to see a company take the time and care to keep its employees happy. I was extremely impressed.
Incredibly unhelpful and rude staff paired with ridiculously long phone hold times.
