Apparently it's not a customer service issue when they continue to bill you after you close an account. Omni Business Solutions and DLL Financial don't communicate and both companies tell me I need to speak with the other one. No accountability. Its hard to get them to answer a direct question. Almost as though they were trained to not answer questions and pass the buck to some other entity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've been trying to close an account with them for over seven months and am sick of the run around.
ZERO STARS Horrific to deal with, never a straight answer. Getting a lawyer now, we're over dealing with them.
I had a question about insurance on my asset that is financed through DLL. My phone call was answered very quickly by a very pleasant lady, and then I was transferred to the insurance department. The gentleman that answered was very pleasant also and told me what documents I needed to submit. Not issues whatsover. Like another review said, I am thinking that these negative reviews are from people that can't afford to pay attention, and most likely are crabby people to begin with. Constant late fees. Never return phine calls when I try to make a payment
I love my job all the people are so nice and it's a very positive work environment.
