Dlightful Chocolat was truly a dream to work with! From start to finish, she was kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Nice staff and beautiful displays! Had chocolate mousse, very tasty but it's not thick. Flavor was great though. My friend had the brownie warmed up. Definitely good when warm. Had the cake pops but the inside is not cake like. Tastes like white cake but consistency was was more like a thick cookie batter.
Bought a "self-made sampler" of 6 pieces. The ganache is so creamy, that it "feels light" on the tongue. Also, the "Jewel" is very good, but I think my favorite is the little dome-like chocolat truffles. Those are tasty. I have a few "foodies" and they were impressed with the quality of the products. My biggest concern was if they would travel well, on the back of a motorcycle, when it's 79 degrees outside. My concerns were unfounded, as all 6 pieces made it to the cooler coast.
