I used Doug to review and update my Estate Plan once I moved to Sun City Hilton Head. The whole process could not have been easier. Meetings were arranged and conducted in my home and compared to fee quotes from other attorneys, Doug's rates were very reasonable. I recently moved to NC and as part of a Medicaid review with a Certified Elder Attorney, she commented how thorough Doug's Power of Attorney document was. I would highly recommend Doug if you need Estate Planning.

I hired Doug to help me with my fathers estate. He had died owing more money than he had. The IR S was also owed money due to unreported off shore accounts he had. Doug charged my fathers estate about $30,000 and his advice and counsel was horrible. I wanted to allow the claims knowing the estate only had to pay claims to extent it had funds.
