ZERO STARS. DEB WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY. Deb did my 2016 taxes and I went back to her to do my 2017 taxes. I met with her in December 2017 to get all my ducks in a row since I was leaving for a military deployment in January. I stayed in email communication with Deb and sent her all my pertinent tax forms once they became available in late February. She told me she'd get to work on my taxes. Will leave you high and dry - Deb did 2015 and 2016 taxes for us. Liked her a lot until got letter from IRS asking for back taxes. Asked her for help and understanding of what happened. She stated we must have given her bad information (because obviously she couldn't have made a mistake). She didn't dig into it. Then dropped all communication. Wife and I tried calling 8 times, texted multiple times, and emailed 3 times (over course of 3 months). NO RESPONSE. Ended up digging on my own - it WAS a mix of her mistake and gov't.... read more

They would not send me the notice so I could like at what the questions were. They were very secretive on getting information from them. They were on the move all the time, no jobs, but could invest.
My 2016 tax return payment to DLD Bookkeeping Solutions included my property tax return, but they will not return my calls, respond to my emails and deny that I have faxed all the information that is needed to file my property tax return. I have called several times, emailed several times and faxed information at least 5 times. I haven't gotten a response back. I should get refunded the amount that it cost to file property tax return that is included in the fee.

I never did her 2016 taxes. the 2015 is the last year I did her taxes. I will send her another copy of her 2015 tax return. She owns a trailer and rents a lot. different rules and MN is checking and contacting people on who lives with them as that income needs to be added to theirs.
