Les conseils étaient pertinents. L'ensemble de la démarche administrative était lourde et frustrante (particulièrement par rapport au dépôt initial et aux frais pour lesquels on mentionne l'existence APRES avoir pris une action). Le staff etait sur la défensive plutôt qu'en mode ecoute et solution. Il y a beaucoup d'autres firmes d'avocat, plus réputées qui offre un service plus flexible, convivial et qui procurent un meilleur encadrement . Ça ne vaut pas le trouble.
