Have tried to get in contact with them 5 times. Have emailed, left messages. Was lucky enough to get a Sydney receptionist one time who was extremely unhelpful and wouldn't even give me her name. I have never heard back from a lawyer. If you're too busy to take on new clients just say so and I won't keep on wasting my time.
