I love the Layton D.L. Evan’s! They are always so nice and happy to see me! They are seriously the best location I’ve been to!
The people here are amazing! They went above and beyond when I needed some euros in a few days, and made sure I knew right when it came. They make basic processes very simple and low-stress. I’m lucky to have these awesome people at my local branch!
People are very friendly. Other than that, this bank is extremely dysfunctional. I've never banked at a place where customer support themselves, needed to call their own help and support line. Check deposits in the ATM take 5 days before funds are available, leaving you screwed if you need those funds urgently.
Jamie Schofield helped me out, she made me feel confident in all of my decisions and loans I was unsure about! She did a great job explaining everything!
