My husband and I were from out of town and brought my bike in because the rear brake line broke. The gentleman pointed out a couple other things that he noticed that were in need of repair. He asked me if I wanted those fixed and I agreed. We picked it up and the bike worked better than new. We were so pleased with my bike that we went and picked up my husband's bike and brought that in. So happy with the service and the price!
Full Trek line. They can repair any bike problem you have. No need to go anywhere else.

Simply put, the owner was fairly rude to me (not the end of the world) and shockingly rude to my 12 year old (matters to me much more). We went in to purchase some clothing for him- he’s an hobbyist who rides around 600+ miles/year on his regular bike but also rides to school and runs errands for us on an ebike. Unfortunately we didn’t realize that my son’s riding an ebike along with his regular bike would be so offensive to the owner.
