Kirk is practical, thorough and simply the best out there.
My husband and I had hired out some contractors to build our deck. Long story short we ended up firing them because they were not following code after a few chances and calling them out on their mistakes. When the inspector came to tell us where to start with the deck he said that we need an engineer to approve the attachment to the house.
