I had an extremely negative experience with DK Taxes. My amended tax return (Form 1040X) was prepared incorrectly, and because of their error, IRS interest has continued to accumulate, creating additional financial damage that should never have happened. When I contacted them to address the mistake, I requested a refund. It was denied. I have been a dk tax customer for 23 years and I recommend them 200% for their good service and for the quality of work. They offer such a professional environment and high quality service. The owner has helped me tremendously over the years. I’m a forever grateful. I recommend everyone to go to them for services they will attend to your every need for any services they have to offer. Es indignante que a un familiar se le niegue el servicio por no otorgar las reseñas que el establecimiento exija. Este tipo de prácticas no solo son ilegales, sino también completamente inaceptables y carentes de ética. Nadie debería ser obligado a calificar de cierta manera bajo amenazas o represalias. Es una conducta asquerosa que merece ser expuesta y denunciada.
