I just want to say "Thank you" for Jake and the other two guys for a friendly and professional service installing our 14 panels and Tesla battery through Effective Home. After sales service is also very good and when I thought we had an issue with the battery, Harry over WhatsApp helped straight away and even contacted Tesla. It transpired that the battery's algorithm was just sorting itself out, but they still contacted me a week later to make sure everything was ok. Sure they are lovely guys who do great electrical work, but their parking is massively unsafe! School children had to go round a blind corner, in the road to get past and for any cars taking the corners it’s an accident waiting to happen! Suggested they move due to bad parking twice (on the way to & home from school) and were told that they will once they have finished unloading….

Last year DJUKA Electrics fitted our solar system on behalf of Effective Home Ltd. Throughout the time the three lads were at my property they were very professional, keeping their working area tidy, along with clearing before they left. Once everything was completed, they went through the app with me, making sure I was happy with everything. Unfortunately, the after care is yet to be desired, when only wanting to know more about the app & update the settings, they have either taken days to get back to me, or just not replie... read more
