Let me start off by saying Arthur is locked in with his connections. He makes magic happen. I had a case where I collided with a box truck on my motorcycle. I did not have a motorcycle license nor was the bike registered. I ended up being in the hospital for a few months then to a physical therapy rehab center in the meantime, my bike was impounded to a toy yard, which they put a lien and sold off my bike.
