I stopped by the UPS Store to get a document notarized, but after waiting for nearly 20 minutes, I was told they didn't have a notary on site that day. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I called DJay, and he immediately said, "Head right over—I just got in and can help you." As it turned out, he was only a couple of minutes away.
