Nice relaxed family business. They were happy to offer real expert opinions on pellet fuels and I suspect they're just as knowledgeable about every stove on their show floor.
These folks are great, walked me through the process to help me select the right wood burning stove insert then installed it for me, their communication and service were great. I highly recommend them.
Truly an easy wonderful experience. Looked around and was temped to spend far less money on Green Supreme from Home Depot again. Delivery issues and people not caring is well worth going with D&J. From the very first call the lady was extremely nice and pleasant. Answered all my questions. I called back later and everything was extremely smooth. Sometimes it's embarrassing or intimidating to ask basic questions about stuff you need, and at other places they make you feel like an idiot if you don't know what the part you are looking for is called etc. The staff here were awesome and I will definitely return for all my woodstove or grill related needs. Forget big chain stores, get the small town family owned service and spend your money here!
