Friendly people in store but nearly impossible to actually get someone to answer a phone. I called for a week straight left voice mails with no call back no nothing so I decided to go with another company who I could actually contact.
I did not have a good experience, unfortunately. I called to inquire about prices for pellets by the ton and made my way over there the same day. The person I spoke with neglected to mention that they were out of everything and didn't have a single ton to sell. There was also confusion about whether the next load was ordered and if/when it would be available. It was frustrating enough that I will choose to do business somewhere else next time.
Excellent service from start to finish. Scott was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough in cleaning my pellet stove. He took the time to do the job right and left everything clean and working great. He takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high quality service.
Had issues with my brand-new stove purchased from another dealer. D&J was able to completely diagnose the problem and get it addressed under warranty. I couldn't be happier with the service, thank you!
