Great all around service
Nice relaxed family business. They were happy to offer real expert opinions on pellet fuels and I suspect they're just as knowledgeable about every stove on their show floor.
These folks are great, walked me through the process to help me select the right wood burning stove insert then installed it for me, their communication and service were great. I highly recommend them.
