My husband, bought a bike in this shop. And now we need to fix it. I send a request through the site, I callled a lot of time and nobody not answering
I thought this business was ok I bought a bike and also sent a few of my friends and family ( brother ) there who also bought ebikes I've been trying to get ahold of this place for several weeks with out success, I will take my ebike to another dealer to repair
Bad quality, no service or support after purchasing. The design of the bike seems well done, and I was really happy to support a Canadian business. However, they use the cheapest possible parts, leaving me with a basically useless, but expensive piece of metal. The bike is heavy, and that’s fine, except that from the beginning, everything was broken. And they didn’t seem to care I want to fix it. If you're looking for an ebike then the only option should be dj bikes , they got cheap but powerful bikes of every kind .Amazing dude inside, helped me with everything and owner accepted my outdated way of payment. Edit: I rode my dj fat bike all winter. No major issues.With studded tires it would've been a beast but nevertheless I was careful around puddles and ice after going down on my face many times haha
