Receptionists are rude and not helpful, also why is there no way to know their opening time. Please make sure to have professional and caring receptionists. They are the first people dealing with the patients, it is important the first interaction.
From the moment I arrived, I felt well looked after. Ian's expertise & attention to detail were apparent & I was immediately put at ease. Overall, I can't recommend Ian highly enough. If you're looking for professional, compassionate care for your vertigo, he's the one to see. Thankyou very much.

Ian Parker was amazing!! Wish I found this place sooner, he is so detailed and explains EVERYTHING vestibular to you! I spent 2 years going through 4 different physios, 2 ENT specialists, 2 neurologists, spent a huge amount of money trying to undestand what was wrong with me and finally Ian was able to specifically diagnose what type of Vestibular problem I had. Highly recommend, especially if you feel like you have lost hope with these issues
