Dr Ian Parker diagnosed my problem during my first consultation with him. The exercises he has advised me to perform have made such a difference in less than three weeks, that the change to my movement is visible to other people who know me. Well done Dr Parker.
Receptionists are rude and not helpful, also why is there no way to know their opening time. Please make sure to have professional and caring receptionists. They are the first people dealing with the patients, it is important the first interaction.
From the moment I arrived, I felt well looked after. Ian's expertise & attention to detail were apparent & I was immediately put at ease. Overall, I can't recommend Ian highly enough. If you're looking for professional, compassionate care for your vertigo, he's the one to see. Thankyou very much.
