Very happy with the pelmets from Pelmets Australia (a division of DIYShutters). The quality is excellent and the installation was professional, friendly and done with care. Pricing was also very reasonable for the quality received. Refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. Highly recommend.
Chris was extremely helpful throughout the whole process as I was quite nervous about measuring. He also came to install. The shutters are good quality, and the wood looks great. Great quality at a great price with great customer service
Chris from DIY Shutters was fantastic to deal with. Great pricing compared to other companies who priced for us. We also got chris to do our curtain and Pelmet. Chirs had to a fair bit of wrok in the background to make sure the fit was perfect. Nothing was ever an issue. This small Australian company is fantastic to deal with and our shutters are beautiful. We had the wooden ones made and shipped to WA for us to install. It was all very straight forward and the price was comparable to a shutter company we had quotes from here in Perth, (but they came with a 4 month delay and made in China!). I prefer to support the small business, fast manufacture and shipping to WA, all installed by my handy hubby, alternatively a chippy would do quite quickly. DIY Shutters recently manufactured and installed timber shutters in our home. What attracted us to the product was the option of having integrated flyscreens. This really suits our older home with casement windows. Service was exceptional. We were kept informed through the process. Installation was expertly done and there was real attention to detail.
