Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE SERIVCE!!!!! Do not answer calls or provide service as promised. Tried numerous times to redeem a groupon voucher and their website would not accept the voucher and they refuse to answer the phones or provide any assistance. Called groupon to get a refund and the agent on the line advised me that they have been getting a lot of request for refunds, SAVE YOUR TIME and do not book with them!!!!!
They don't answer phone calls no matter what time of the day you're calling, the guy who responds is rude. It took me 2 days to redeem my Groupon voucher. I'll update this review to reflect on my experience once I complete my visit.
If only I could give this place a zero rating. I would like to thank the previous two reviewers for the heads up on how horrible this salon is. I tried to book an appointment for Groupons that I purchased and the receptionist was very rude. Given the rudeness of this person (one of my pet peeves is rudeness), I immediately called Groupon and they were nice enough to cancel the groupons and give me a credit on my account towards any other purchase I may make in the future.
