I truly can't recommend Don at DIY Woodfired Pizza ovens highly enough, he's just fantastic. We have one of his ovens in our custom built trailer as we are a commercial caterer. The oven has lasted very well and performed beautifully even when cooking hundreds of pizzas per week during peak season (one festival alone we cooked 370 pizzas!).
