Car and Windshield was super dirty the lady explaining the tablet just rushed us out of there and when I returned the car they had a chip on his shoulder will never rent from them again as they are in office in Avis I’m going to rent from a local company next time!!!!

Overall a good experience. We enjoyed the freedom of the tour being able to spend time where we wanted to and being able to stop wherever we wanted. Beautiful sites along the way that the audio tour points out along with some interesting history to go with it. Things to keep in mind we had to stop and start the tour it didn't do it on it's own. Could have been operator error, but we managed. They don't open until 8 am even though their information says 730 am. It's probably worth paying for their insurance because if you don... read more

Vehicle was clean and we had a great time. I do find it very unfortunate that in the email that I received it said to be at the business at 7:30AM to pick up the vehicle. Arrived at around 7:20 along with 3 other parties. When I went up to the window at 7:30 I was met with rudeness as the worker brushed me off by just putting eight fingers up and refused to open the window. If you don’t open until 8 don’t tell people to be there prior to that.
