Their customer service is unbelievably slow, and getting a response from them feels like pulling teeth. Good product but I lowered the rating through some inconsistent experience: 5 stars = great product and service (a year ago) - 1 star, went to reorder the colour was not available and couldn't get through to sales - 1 star, when someone responded to my many emails, they didn't answer my question which was if a colour was available. Till this review no response if "tiger eye" colour is still available - 1 star, lack of customer care. Blinds are fine, but sent wrong brackets. Clearly brackets had run out as couldn't send any more from warehouse - needed to be from manufacturer to help speed up (did happen over Christmas). Blinds ordered in Mid November, delayed as colour choice not available (was communicated clearly and accepted by me, which is completely fine). Now mid Jan and brackets were promised to be sent ASAP 2 weeks ago with nothing arriving. No good
They look so bad! First photo is what I got, the other photos are the influencers version, and website examples of the fabric. I got samples as well but they’re so small it’s hard to gage the full picture, but you can only rely on that and the examples they post. Huge mistake! I’m so sad I wasted $4000 and there’s no refund policy. The fabric feels so cheap in person and so much more see through than the photos online.
