I am currently being ghosted by DIYBlinds, despite multiple emails and phone calls about the wrong size blind that has been sent. Don't buy from here.

Worst sales/service experience of my life, gave them specific measurements that I had used before for the same windows and they kept changing the measurements in the data entry process. Offered me free measurement to ensure we aligned and when that came back incorrect I tried to cancel the order. They are now trying to keep 10% of the proposed order stating the reason of all the work they did. Seems they are trying to charge for not completing a quote correctly. Be very careful.

If you’re just ordering some roller blinds, DIY will probably be fine. However, be warned! I’ve replaced two homes worth of blinds and curtains through them and if you have any issues after sale (which in my experience is very likely with the curtains), prepare for it to be a significant struggle to get anyone to a) answer the phone, b) return your calls, c) answer emails (they will lose them, not respond to multiple emails over months, forget to follow up on things including invoicing). Ordered 8th February, its now 14th May and I am still yet to receive the majority of my order (DEG-1155). DIY Blinds claim 10 days on blinds, I've been waiting about 70 days so far. Only 1 phone call during the past three months, otherwise zero communication. Try calling Customer Care, after being on hold 5 mins I am forced to leave a voice mail. Never again, if I had wanted to see a clown show I'd have used the money for tickets to Cirque de Soleil.
