I am extremely frustrated with this situation and honestly quite insulted by the claim that there have been “numerous attempts to collect” when I have responded and made payments. That statement is simply not accurate. The woman handling our file was kind, but clearly overwhelmed and dealing with personal issues, and unfortunately our transaction did not go smoothly as a result.
