I purchased a home in High River with a set posession date. Set up movers and made all the arrangements a few hourse after documented posession as I know sometimes there are delays. Sat around all day with no communication at all from Dixon Legal. Movers, trucks, family and friends just sat around for hours. We never got keys that day and never heard from anyone at Dixon.
