Have been using Dixie for years and never had a bad experience at all. Not sure what the other poster was saying, maybe he came in on April 15th!
This was my first time using Dixie���s as a tax service. I made an appointment and when I showed up I sat in the ���waiting area��� for over 30 minutes after my scheduled time. This place is a tiny hole in the wall and nothing is kept confidential here. As I sat in the waiting area I could hear the tax preparer ask for a customers SS# 3 times and I heard her repeat it back to him all 3 times.
