Very bad customer service was hung up on twice. Doesn’t seem like they care about their members very unprofessional . No customer confidentiality. I have observed them talking about other customers accounts to other customers. They used to be good but the hiring of the new staff isn’t up to par.. Good luck trying to get ahold of board members, They could care less about anything that’s going on at Dixie line. If you open a account here good luck your gonna need it
