We had a 7.2.4 install we needed some help with for the rear sides and overhead speaker wiring. I'm not one to start drilling holes into the cieling so I hired these guys and zero regrets about 4 months in, everything works great. Also they hire out another company to help patch the walls and it was absolutely ridiculous how good of a job they did. Dixie Cable Tech installed security cameras for me and did a great job. They helped with planning so that I could have exactly what I wanted installed, wired the POE system, set up the NVR and software. Tom has always been patient and willing to answer my questions. I felt like I was in good hands. I looked for over a year to find the right company for what I needed, and I am so happy to have found DCT! I appreciate their professionalism and friendly service. Highly recommend!
We had them install an eave lighting system. The job required them to make several entries into the attic prevent avoid externally visible wires. Initially certain aspects of the system didn’t work perfectly so they came back and spent an entire day diagnosing and correcting the problem. They did this all on their own time. Tom is honest, knowledgeable and persistent. We shall use their services again.
