Sort of noped out when she realized we didn't have any money with which to litigate. She wrote one letter, and that was covered under a legal insurance plan. She also completely forgot about my case after two months, and if I hadn't called to check on the status, nothing would have gotten done. Then she told me she'd get it done that day, and it was another week.
It took Tina 21 days to give a call back, only to rudely say "I don't wanna work with you" with no valid reason given... I was planning to pay out of pocket for her time to handle a very easy, simple situation and found her response to be very unprofessional.
