It is a wonderful group. Very friendly. Welcoming. Having the people around you going through the same process and understanding you is beautiful . Especially having Sunday walks makes you get out your bed motivates you for better health .
I've been part of this group that is run by Paul for nearly 2 years now and has been one of the best things I've ever done! It's informative, very friendly and I've been able to make some new friends which I know will last a life-time! Thank you Paul for your dedication to keep doing this and all who positively impact it by hosting events!
This group is amazing whether you're recently separated/divorced. Attendees have plenty of lived experience and there's always friendly people to talk to about anything under the sun. Or if you just want a quiet walk, also fine. For those going through a tough time, you're not alone and this group is a massive help.
