Janine and her “associates” are not reliable, They do not return phone calls, Texts or emails, I watched two people very closely to me struggle to get in touch with Janine and Beverly, If you want to get in touch with them you have to call them on an unknown number like *67. They only started doing their jobs when they were threatened with having the bar association pay a visit, You pay them and then they STOP ANSWERING YOUR PHONE CALLS TEXTS AND EMAILS!!! DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE
Janine was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our mediation process. She made things seamlessly easy for us and kept us well informed throughout the process. Kimberly, her assistant, was also extremely helpful.
Jannie doesn't answer phone calls, or emails or text messages. If you wanna get in touch with Jannie you have to call on a different phone or use *67, been watching 2 people very close to me personally struggle since September of 2023, Then she asks you what has been done in the court proceedings because she doesn’t even know herself!…She will take your payment and then you literally have to trick her to get her on the phone, I highly suggest you to seek elsewhere for a service because she is not a professional in this profe... read more
