I contacted their customer service regarding a jacket I purchased about five months ago, which had developed a tear in the internal lining. Lauren responded to my inquiry promptly and even reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf. As a result, I was provided with options for either repairing or replacing the jacket, and I received a refund for the shipping on the original order. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and will definitely order from Division Road again.
