This store is fantastic. I had a few question concerning sizing and fit. They were spot on with the first recommendation and the shirt fit perfectly. Their customer service via online was amazing. Very fast shipping. I'll be purchasing from them again soon.
Words can’t describe the customer service experience I have received from Division Road over numerous purchases. Very helpful and a true business set up to assist the customer. The product speaks for its self as it is world class in both quality and style. The niche of offerings that Jason and Co. fill with the product and collaborations exists no where else. My inaugural experience with Division Road, Inc. was superb, and I simply can't sing their praises loudly enough! I was on the hunt for a pair of boots, learned of DR through the socials/forums, found what I liked, and reached out with a couple of questions. I've ordered three pairs of boots from division road, and I couldn't be happier with their products and customer service. They're designs have a keen eye for utility and aesthetics, which result in a stunning product. Customer service is very thorough and caring, and answers ant questions on sizing you may have. If I could give Division Road 7 stars I would!! An incomparable level of customer service and an experience that I will never forget. I initially set up my appointment online (the website is amazing), and Lauren reached out to me right away with an email and a phone call to answer any questions I might have and tell me a little about DR.
