I had a well collapse after a lightning strike and found out that there were problems with our water right from the previous owners. I contacted DWR offices and was helped by George. He was a huge help and really went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed in order to drill a new well.

This Division of Water Rights is great. I really appreciate the kind receptionists. Garrett was the most helpful, sweet gentleman. He took my calls and answered most of my questions. Then he transferred me to Rian, a very nice specialist. When I arrived at the office, Magen greeted me with a lovely smile. They helped me complete the process of changing my well and being approved for our new house. It's a long process, but I appreciate the time they took to help me understand everything.

I called to ask some questions about well water on some property we are purchasing. So great to have my call answered by a live person that transferred me to another very knowledgeable live person that quickly answered all my questions.
