IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of and the people who work there could not care any less about returning phone calls, or emails! SAD, when you are trying to change your life and the people in charge of this program only care for themselves. This country has fallen apart!

If you are looking to jump through a bunch of hoops, to have your time wasted, to be given the wrong information over and over, to be set up for failure repeatedly, to kill your hope, to test your patience until you have none left, all while dealing with new disabilities-these are the people to do it. They don't pay for training for a new career. They want you to apply for student loans. You don't need DVR to get student loans! This place is discrimination towards deaf community where you have to have a job or college under VR to order to get your hearing aids. Where I came from New York, you can get free hearing aid or glasses any age any health insurance in Maine Medicaid cover for it. I think deaf people here in co really need to stand up about their rights.
