We recently purchased a beautiful gown for my mum online, as we are from Adelaide. She has never purchased anything online before and was very hesitant, but the dress was too good to miss out on. Gada provided fantastic customer service via email, and sent us additional photos of the dress before we purchased. She also followed up some shipping delays with AusPost very promptly, and the dress arrived in perfect condition with a lovely gifted pair of earrings. Thanks Divinity Evening Wear!
Had an amazing experience at divinity. A range of dresses varying in colours and shapes, while all being so classy and unique. Their selection was so pristine and felt amazing with any dress they recommended. Staff were so kind, welcoming and I felt very comfortable with them. Purchased my formal dress today and am in love! Would highly recommend to anyone wondering where to go!
Where do I begin... I must say, so much love and thought went into the delicate and elegant piece of my sister's custom made gown. Their service was absolutely astonishing and nice throughout every step. My sister surely loved the dress and it made a remarkable memory on her 16th birthday. I highly recommend everyone to check out their gowns. Worst experience of my life. Bought the Eva Dress based on the measurements in the size chart and when it arrived the dress was much smaller than those measurements so did not fit. Messaged the owner with photos of a tape measure up against the dress showing the actual measurements and the response I got was "we've never had a problem with a size chart before". The best customer service and quality dresses in Sydney! I found my dream dress amongst an amazing collection to choose from. I cannot thank Ghada and Mariam enough as they both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress!! Lovely team - very down to earth and have a great attention to detail and styling. Also, very clean and professional. Highly recommend if you ever need a dress for a formal occasion!!
