This guy was parked in a handicap spot without a placard. In the city of Winnipeg it doesn't matter whether you provide transportation for handicapped people, you still have to have a placard to park in a designated spot. He got mad when I started taking pictures but I told him he needed the placard and he said he didn't need one. Funny when I came out of the store he had moved to a non-handicap spot.

The driver arrived on time and even helped me get my husband in and out of the wheelchair. This was the first time I used this company and was also pleased with their reasonable pricing. Very helpful and friendly service.
