Unable to try on dress at pick up since no appointment was made. Was never told to make an appointment for pick up. The dress is to small and called and was told that they should have measured her in a different size to make sure it would fit and not just assume. Now since all sales are final we have to figure out a way of how to make the dress fit.
Excellent customer service experience, will definitely be back for future purchases.
